Better week last week. I got some great runs in and even managed 10 miles on Monday.
Total mileage: 37 miles
Items found: 7/16 wrench--at least that is what I think it is called.
This week I don't think I'll do more than 30 since we are leaving Saturday for the beach and I've got packing to do. I am planning on not running Monday but just doing some light cross training so I'll be all rested and ready to go go go on the 4th. I say this now but I know should the opportunity present itself so that I can run tomorrow morning I know that I won't pass it up.
